Castle Lodge No 1436 hosted its annual Ladies Festival on Saturday the 11th May at the Channel Suite, Folkestone. The event, attended by upwards of 90 people including, wives, partners, friends and brethren were indulged with a sumptuous four course meal and entertainment.
Bro David Fowler performed his magical trickery on the guests, music was provided by the Academy FMS Disco. All proceeds from the raffle were donated to the charities chosen by the family of the late WBro John Colbert. John was a long standing member of the Lodge and a well known popular Mason who sadly passed away earlier in the year.
The raffle raised £840 to be shared between Kings College Hospital Charity and Hope for Tomorrow, who provide mobile cancer care in East Kent.
